Die Sohle ist auf der Innensohle von Hand genäht. Damit bietet sie gegenüber dem industriellen Produkt, das einfach eingeklebt wird, sowohl ein überlegenes Finish als auch eine viel längere Haltbarkeit. Die Sandalen werden von Hand mit einer pflanzliche Farbe gefärbt, danach erfolgt eine Feinbearbeitung mit kleinen Bürsten. Zum Schluss werden die Sandalen im Freien an der Luft getrocknet. Dieser Vorgang wird TUFFATO genannt, er ist langwierig und erfordert eine sehr hohe Präzision, etwas dass sich viele Firmen nicht mehr leisten.
Jeder Schuh wird innerhalb von 24 Stunden nach ihrer Bestellung speziell für Sie angefertigt und durch einen Kurierdienst in 24-72 Stunden weltweit ausgeliefert.

Ja, nach einer ersten Strecke von ca. 5 KM (am Stück) sage die Sandalen sind nicht nur schön sondern auch sehr gut. Der Halbschuh wird folgen.

The sandals are visually very nice and the leather feels good, but unfortunately the stitching on one sandal was poorly placed outside the intended groove from the beginning. A professional cobbler immediately pointed this out and recommended repair to avoid premature wear and damage to the stitching. I ended up paying approximately 800 SEK to have the sandals properly re-soled and reinforced. The seller offered only a €20 refund and repeatedly minimized the issue rather than taking real responsibility for the defect. I understand and appreciate that handmade products can have small imperfections, but this was not just cosmetic — it was a construction issue significant enough that a cobbler reacted to it immediately. In the end, I like the sandals after repair, but I am disappointed by how the issue was handled.

We are sorry that you were disappointed with the way the issue was handled. Our sandals are handmade in Italy, and while small variations can occur in artisanal products, we always take quality concerns seriously.
As we explained, our sandals are both glued and stitched. The stitching is an additional reinforcement compared to many sandals on the market that are only glued. Even if the thread on the lower part of a leather sole may wear naturally with use, the upper part of the stitching still helps strengthen the structure, and the leather layers remain bonded as in standard footwear construction.
Regarding your case, we offered a partial refund as a goodwill gesture based on the information and photos provided. The repair and full re-soling were arranged independently, without prior agreement with us on the type of work or cost, so unfortunately we could not take responsibility for the full amount charged by the cobbler.
We are glad to hear that you like the sandals after the repair, but we regret that your overall experience was not fully satisfactory. We will take your comments into account to continue improving our quality checks.

Desideravo da tempo dei sandali come questi. Quando li ho trovati online, li ho ordinati e pagati immediatamente. L'ordine e il pagamento sono andati a buon fine. Dopo pochi giorni, i sandali erano già in mio possesso.
Il modello è fantastico, la qualità della pelle e i colori sono eccellenti. La fattura e la taglia sono perfette e sono molto comodi.
