Somehow, despite following the size chart, I managed to order the wrong size sandals. Reached out and asked if I could exchange for a different size and the seller wonderfully accommodated me. They even gave me pointers on how to check my sizing by hand measuring my foot. Turn around time on original and replacement shoes were super quick. I would recommend that if you wear a half size, go up on the chart. I'm a 7.5 but run narrow which makes me tend to size down for a better fit. So I asked for a 37 the second time. Shoes are a bit tight, but that's on me. Hopefully the leather will stretch a bit so the fit. Now I know to go for a 38.
