Dark brown vegetable-tanned leather men's Roman sandals (without thong) featuring a genuine leather sole, handmade in Italy by expert artisans. Created without the use of foreign or child labor, these sandals are a true expression of traditional Italian craftsmanship and ethical values.
The sole is meticulously hand-stitched to the insole, offering a superior finish and greater durability compared to mass-produced alternatives that are merely glued. The leather is manually dipped in natural VEGETABLE dye, then hand-finished with fine brushes and air-dried in the open air. This time-honored technique, known as "TUFFATO", is rarely used due to the extreme precision and longer production time it requires, but it delivers unmatched authenticity and lasting quality.
