La sandale est teinte par immersion manuelle dans la teinture VEGETALE. Elle est ensuite brossée à la main pour obtenir une belle finition et enfin séchée à l'air libre. Ce processus permet d'obtenir une tong sandale artisanale dite "plongée". Il s'agit d'un processus auquel nombre d'entreprises n' ont plus recours du fait qu'il exige un travail extrêmement précis et patient et aussi parce qu'il ralentit les temps de production.
Les semelles sont ensuite cousues à la main de manière à conférer à la sandale une excellente finition et une résistance de bien meilleure qualité par rapport au procédé de fabrication industriel où elle sont simplement collées.
