Gianluca, L'Artigiano del cuoio ha realizzato sandali da uomo in pelle di vacchetta vegetale ingrassata color nero con suola in cuoio realizzate a mano in Italia senza l'ausilio di manodopera estera ne tantomeno minorile, bensì da mani esperte come nella migliore tradizione artigiana.
La suola viene realmente cucita manualmente sulla soletta fornendo alla calzatura una rifinitura e resistenza di qualità superiore rispetto al sistema industriale in cui viene semplicemente incollata. Per la colorazione la calzatura viene manualmente immersa nel colore VEGETALE, spennellato ancora manualmente per rifinirlo ed infine, asciugato all'aria aperta. Questo processo porta come risultato il sandalo cosiddetto TUFFATO, al quale molte aziende non si dedicano più perché esige un lavoro di estrema precisione che rallenta i tempi di produzione.

Sono rimasto deluso
Mi dispiace scrivere questa recensione, ma credo possa essere utile a tutti.
Premetto che il sandalo è ben costruito, cucito a mano e il pellame sembra buono.
L'unico neo è che, avendo scelto il colore nero, visto che la realizzazione avviene nelle 24 ore successive all'ordine, quelli a me consegnati, oltre a qualche imperfezione che l'artigiano ha garantito essere normale per il tipo di lavorazione, hanno lo spiacevole inconveniente di stingere il piede, sia sulla pianta che sul dorso. Nonostante abbia tenuto il sandalo all'aria aperta e non al sole per una settimana, sperando asciugasse bene il colore, sono bastate due ore al piede per costringermi a desistere dall'indossarlo ancora. Ripeto, il sandalo è molto bello, ma la colorazione lo rende impossibile da indossare immediatamente, a meno che non si voglia trascorrere buon tempo immersi nell'acqua e sapone per eliminare le tracce di colore dai piedi.

Ich habe die Schuhe für 99€ erworben und muss feststellen, dass sie das Geld nicht Wert sind. Nicht mal 5€ sind sie Wert. Das Leder ist maximal unflexibel. Die Reimen drücken überall. Vor allem der Reimen der quer über den Vorderfuss geht ist zu eng. Dann sind die Riemen nach innen umgeschlagen und drücken deshalb überall am Fuß.

Wir bedauern sehr, dass Sie mit den Sandalen nicht zufrieden waren. Unsere Schuhe werden in Italien handgefertigt und aus echtem, naturbelassenem Leder hergestellt. Dieses Leder kann sich am Anfang etwas fest anfühlen, weil es nicht künstlich übermäßig weich gemacht wird. Gerade diese natürliche Qualität sorgt jedoch dafür, dass sich das Leder mit der Zeit dem Fuß anpasst, weicher wird und eine schöne persönliche Passform entwickelt.
Wenn die Riemen an mehreren Stellen sehr eng waren, kann dies darauf hindeuten, dass die gewählte Größe oder Passform für Ihren Fuß nicht ideal war. Besonders bei einem kräftigeren Vorderfuß kann ein anderer Schnitt oder eine andere Größe deutlich besser geeignet sein. Das bedeutet nicht, dass das Leder oder die Verarbeitung minderwertig sind, sondern dass handgefertigte Ledersandalen korrekt zur Fußform passen müssen.

Unbequem
Leider ist der Schuh sehr unbequem. Der Riemen im vorderen Bereich, welcher über den ganzen Fuß geht, ist zu eng. Er drückt deswegen auf den kleinen Zeh. Das verwendete Leder ist sehr steif. Die Schlaufe um den großen Zeh ist zu klein und drückt deshalb auch. Außerdem drücken die Umschläge für die verstellbare Schlaufe innen am Fuß.

Sehr geehrte Kundin, sehr geehrter Kunde, unsere Sandalen (wie alle Schuhe) sind nicht für alle Füße und Menschen geeignet. Wie Sie sicher verstehen, sind nicht alle Füße gleich, und bei gleicher Größe haben manche Menschen schmalere Füße als andere.
Wenn die Schnürsenkel eng sitzen, haben Sie wahrscheinlich einen dickeren Fuß als das Modell, das wir für unsere Sandalen verwenden.
Das Gute an unserem Produkt – und nicht an minderer Qualität – ist jedoch die Qualität des Leders. Sie finden es zwar „hart“, aber wenn Sie versuchen, es zu bearbeiten, selbst nur mit den Händen, werden Sie feststellen, wie schnell es weicher wird, geschmeidig wird und sich Ihren Füßen anpasst. Dies ist bei handelsüblichen chromgegerbten Ledern nicht der Fall, die ein Leben lang steif und trocken bleiben.

Poor buckle quality and customer service
I had a originally posted a review expressing my disappointment in the quality of the buckles, because one of them broke after the 2nd use. Customer service reached out and said that this shouldn't have happened and that they would take care of this issue for me, they just asked me to send pictures of the broken buckle. I thanked them for reaching out, emailed pictures of the damages to them and waited. After a month passed without getting any response I emailed them again with screenshots of our original communication. It's been about another month since then, I doubt they'll ever hear from them again. They also deleted my original 3-star review.

Buckle broke in less than a month
I really liked these sandals, and thought they were well made. But the buckle on one of them broke after wearing it only a handful of times, redering the pair unusable. It was the actual metal that broke, not the leather. I'm very disappointed that such a cheap component was used because the rest of the sandal is very well made. I was hoping to get more than a handful of uses out of these.
